I tried three more brews from recent beer exchanges.
The first was Pandora's Bock from Breckenridge Brewery in Colorado. Pandoras bock. APV is 7.5%. It was a good tasting beer that despite its APV wasn't overly heavy. It wasn't overly hoppy either.
The next was a Yards Philadelphia Ale. This was a pleasant easy to drink ale. Nothing to right home about but nothing wrong with it either. Better than mass produced beers but no as good as others I have tried. ABV is only 4.5% so more than a couple can be consumed without going off the deep end. Philadelphia-pale
The last one was Troeg's Nugget Nector. This wasn't to my taste. I was too hoppy for me. I guess when they say "Squeeze those hops for all they’re worth and prepare to pucker up", they weren't joking. The APV is 7.5%. I have three extra bottles so I guess the PrimeTime, T-Bone and Bone Marrow will get an extra beer to try for this months swap. Nugget Nectar.
